AUTHOR SUPERVISION
In order to guarantee the quality and timely execution of the project, Nazar Décor offers you partial or overall tracking of the process from the beginning till the end.
We offer two types of author supervision – partial and overall.
Partial supervision – if you decide to work with construction maters of your choice which you plan to trust, we will make one visit at the end of every stage of the construction.
For each additional visit the pricing is as follows: consultation at the office: 60 lv. per hour, visit of the object – 90 lv. per hour.
For visits outside the city of Sofia the price could be changed.
In this case Nazar Décor isn’t responsible for the quality and the terms of execution of the corresponding works.
Overall supervision – in this case all works are done by Nazar Décor’s partner companies.
We are obliged to organize, coordinate and supervise the whole construction process.
Also, together with you we choose all the materials needed for the work and we organize their timely and quality delivery and assembly.
